No menus, no buttons — just chat (type or voice) in Gujarati, Hindi or English. Dukai understands and replies in your language. Below are the things you can do and exactly what to send.
कोई मेन्यू नहीं, कोई बटन नहीं — बस गुजराती, हिंदी या English में चैट करें (टाइप या वॉइस)। Dukai समझकर आपकी भाषा में जवाब देता है। नीचे देखें क्या-क्या कर सकते हैं और क्या भेजना है।

1️⃣ Getting startedशुरुआतશરૂઆત
- Save the Dukai WhatsApp number as a contact.
- Send Hi — it greets you and is ready.
- Type or speak naturally. You can send a voice note instead of typing.
- Dukai WhatsApp नंबर को contact में सेव करें।
- Hi भेजें — यह अभिवादन करके तैयार हो जाता है।
- सहज रूप से टाइप करें या बोलें। टाइप करने की जगह वॉइस नोट भी भेज सकते हैं।
- Dukai WhatsApp નંબરને contact માં સેવ કરો.
- Hi મોકલો — તે અભિવાદન કરી તૈયાર થઈ જાય.
- સહજ રીતે ટાઇપ કરો કે બોલો. ટાઇપ કરવાને બદલે વોઇસ નોટ પણ મોકલી શકો.
2️⃣ Add a product by photoफोटो से प्रोडक्ट जोड़ेंફોટોથી પ્રોડક્ટ ઉમેરો
Just send a photo of the product. It reads the name, brand, MRP, GST and unit, then asks if it's simple or variable.
- Simple: reply with qty, selling price (and supplier/category if you want). It creates the product + barcode + SKU.
- Variable: say it's variable, then give the options — e.g. "colours Red, Blue; sizes M, L; price 499; qty 10 each". It builds every variant.
- If the product already exists, it asks "add quantity?" instead of making a duplicate.
बस प्रोडक्ट की फोटो भेजें। यह नाम, ब्रांड, MRP, GST व unit पढ़ता है, फिर पूछता है simple या variable।
- Simple: qty, selling price (चाहें तो supplier/category) बताएँ। प्रोडक्ट + barcode + SKU बन जाता है।
- Variable: variable बताएँ, फिर ऑप्शन दें — जैसे "colours Red, Blue; sizes M, L; price 499; qty 10 each"। हर वेरिएंट बन जाता है।
- प्रोडक्ट पहले से हो तो duplicate बनाने की जगह "quantity जोड़ूँ?" पूछता है।
બસ પ્રોડક્ટની ફોટો મોકલો. તે નામ, બ્રાન્ડ, MRP, GST ને unit વાંચે, પછી પૂછે simple કે variable.
- Simple: qty, selling price (ઇચ્છો તો supplier/category) જણાવો. પ્રોડક્ટ + barcode + SKU બની જાય.
- Variable: variable જણાવો, પછી ઓપ્શન આપો — દા.ત. "colours Red, Blue; sizes M, L; price 499; qty 10 each". દરેક વેરિએન્ટ બની જાય.
- પ્રોડક્ટ પહેલેથી હોય તો duplicate બનાવવાને બદલે "quantity ઉમેરું?" પૂછે.
3️⃣ Search & check stockसर्च व स्टॉक देखेंસર્ચ ને સ્ટોક જુઓ
Ask by name ("how many toothpaste?") or send a barcode/SKU — it shows matching products with stock and price.
नाम से पूछें ("toothpaste kitna hai") या barcode/SKU भेजें — मिलते प्रोडक्ट स्टॉक व दाम के साथ दिखते हैं।
નામ થી પૂછો ("toothpaste kitna hai") કે barcode/SKU મોકલો — મળતા પ્રોડક્ટ સ્ટોક ને ભાવ સાથે દેખાય.
4️⃣ Change price or stockदाम या स्टॉक बदलेंભાવ કે સ્ટોક બદલો
Find the product (by name or barcode), then tell it the change — new MRP, selling price, or quantity. For stock it asks whether to add to the current quantity or set it to a total, so you never miscount.
प्रोडक्ट ढूँढें (नाम या barcode से), फिर बदलाव बताएँ — नया MRP, selling price, या quantity। स्टॉक के लिए यह पूछता है कि मौजूदा में add करना है या कुल set — ताकि गिनती ग़लत न हो।
પ્રોડક્ટ શોધો (નામ કે barcode થી), પછી ફેરફાર જણાવો — નવો MRP, selling price, કે quantity. સ્ટોક માટે પૂછે કે હાલમાં add કરવું કે કુલ set — જેથી ગણતરી ખોટી ન થાય.
5️⃣ Sales & business questionsबिक्री व बिज़नेस सवालવેચાણ ને બિઝનેસ સવાલ
Ask about today's sale, this week/month, best-sellers, totals — in plain words. Great for a quick check without opening the app.
आज की बिक्री, हफ़्ते/महीने, बेस्ट-सेलर, टोटल — आम भाषा में पूछें। ऐप खोले बिना झटपट जाँच के लिए बढ़िया।
આજનું વેચાણ, અઠવાડિયું/મહિનો, બેસ્ટ-સેલર, ટોટલ — સામાન્ય ભાષામાં પૂછો. એપ ખોલ્યા વગર ઝડપી તપાસ માટે ઉત્તમ.
6️⃣ Udhaar — check & record paymentउधार — देखें व पेमेंट दर्ज करेंઉધાર — જુઓ ને પેમેન્ટ નોંધો
Ask a customer's balance, or record a repayment ("Ramesh paid 500") — the khata updates instantly.
किसी ग्राहक का बैलेंस पूछें, या भुगतान दर्ज करें ("Ramesh ne 500 diye") — खाता तुरंत अपडेट होता है।
કોઈ ગ્રાહકનું બેલેન્સ પૂછો, કે ચુકવણી નોંધો ("Ramesh ne 500 diye") — ખાતું તરત અપડેટ થાય.
7️⃣ Orders, low stock & moreऑर्डर, low stock व अन्यઓર્ડર, low stock ને બીજું
- Orders: "show my online orders" / "order status" → list with each order's status.
- Low stock: "what's running low" → items near finishing.
- Suppliers / categories / staff: "list suppliers", "add supplier Sharma 98xxxx", "my categories", "list staff", "invite staff 98xxxx".
- Close shop: "close shop today" or "shop closed 20 to 22 June" → marks your storefront closed.
- ऑर्डर: "show my online orders" / "order status" → हर ऑर्डर का स्टेटस।
- Low stock: "what's running low" → ख़त्म होने वाले आइटम।
- सप्लायर / कैटेगरी / स्टाफ: "list suppliers", "add supplier Sharma 98xxxx", "my categories", "list staff", "invite staff 98xxxx"।
- दुकान बंद: "close shop today" या "shop closed 20 to 22 June" → स्टोरफ़्रंट बंद मार्क।
- ઓર્ડર: "show my online orders" / "order status" → દરેક ઓર્ડરનું સ્ટેટસ.
- Low stock: "what's running low" → ખૂટવા આવેલા આઇટમ.
- સપ્લાયર / કેટેગરી / સ્ટાફ: "list suppliers", "add supplier Sharma 98xxxx", "my categories", "list staff", "invite staff 98xxxx".
